How we remanufacture and test every unit

  1. Dismantle completely. We strip every unit right down.
  2. Replace with new components. We replace all seals, rack ends and rack boots with new ones.
  3. Check for wear. We check shafts, housings and pinions for wear.
  4. Bench test. We test every unit on our test bench for leaks before it leaves the workshop.
